AMERICAN INDEPENDENCE DAY CELEBRATION 美国独立日庆祝活动

To commemorate this historic event we attempted to hold an abridged reading of the Declaration of Independence that was to be followed by a parade of simulated fireworks, fire eating, jugglers, music and classic American BBQ (barbecue) featuring hot dogs with all the fixings, corn-on-the-cob, Coca-cola, Pepsi and of course apple pie! Aside from the corn that never got cooked we got all the food right with the addition of fabulous home made peach and cherry pies. But the parade got a little overtaken by the locals line dance… (video courtesy An Xiao Studio)
